A Note on TheoPay
TheoPay is the tool that Account Holders may use to make qualifying expense purchases for goods and commodities from approved external websites using their Student’s Hope Scholarship funds.
- Please note that TheoPay works the best when shopping on the Google Chrome browser on a laptop or desktop computer.
- TheoPay request must be submitted individually for each student participating in the Hope Scholarship Program. Hope Scholarship funds can only be used for eligible students.
How to Order
When shopping you must first log into the TheoPay Browser Extension (puzzle piece) before shopping like normal on this site. Browse the catalog or add the items you want to your cart. Once you have completed shopping, you will use the TheoPay browser extension to scan the cart. The scan will review each item eligibility with the Hope Scholarship qualifying expense limitations. When all items in the cart have been approved for purchase, then submit the cart for fulfillment. You do not actually check out and make purchases using their own credit card information – instead, the submitted order goes to the Hope fulfillment team who reviews the order and manually places the order for the approved items with the vendor and has the items sent directly to the student’s home.
Your order will be completed and shipped and we will notify you when your order is on its way!
